I've Got The 21st Century Breathing Down My Neck.




I bloody love The Smiths. It's shocking how unknown they are where I come from, in fact, it's disgusting. Friends ridicule me for liking 'bland' music and others look at me in confusion when I mention The Smiths. I've been branded 'evil' by teachers due to my love for Morrissey. However, I'll never cease to believe that they're one of the best bands ever to have existed. Amen.

    I'm 40 years old and I agree. The Smiths are the best. I adore Morrissey and wear his t-shirts to work all the time. I also have two framed posters of him in my stairwell. He is a God. Best lyrics ever.

    People think even I'm evil because of my love for Morrissey. But I think he made me a better person. Those who told you that the Smiths made "'bland' music" does not know shit about good music. Smiths music made me go vegetarian, made me question a lot of stuff that I did just because everyone asked me to. How can it possibly be bland music?

    You have a really nice blog but maybe you should post more often :)
